The most important thing any woman in a relation will expect from her man is trust. No matter how good you are, whether even you’re a high class executive working for a top-notch company, it won’t help if you’ve lied to the girl online last night, and when she sees you in person, she sees a different person. If your first impression is that of a liar, the woman will always be hesitant to trust you.

- Using an old picture
One of the most common lie a man can tell online is through is profile picture. Most men are likely to keep their display picture of a time when they were at their peak, looking the most attractive and having a good amount of hair. They’ll tend to keep the pictures in which they are twenty to thirty pounds lighter than they are at present.
Well, the basic problem with this for those doing online dating is that a woman will always expect to meet the guy she saw on his profile picture. Not that she will judge you for your different looks when you meet her, but just that you had portrayed yourself differently to her in the picture than you actually are.
So to be always sure, check out the latest album put up by the person or his friends, instead of going by his display picture.
- Lying about age
Another section present online where men apparently lie is their age column. Most men want to date young and pretty girls and are perpetually chasing them. Men who are forty four will say that they are just thirty eight, will those who are fifty six may say that they are forty six.
A woman comes to know how old guys are the instance they meet them. Generally, men will give reasons like “I look a lot younger than my age and thus I said I’m just ____ years old”. Just remember, that woman will probably never go out with you again.
